  • Keystone IT Management- Regular IT monitoring and management for key network components and occasional on-site visits on a discounted hourly basis
  • Cornerstone IT Management -  Regular IT monitoring and management for key network components plus all PCs and laptops with occasional on-site visits on a discounted hourly basis
  • IT Projects - Start-to-finish execution of important IT projects on a fixed-price basis
  • Hourly On Request IT Support - Adhoc, interim or emergency support for clients not already part of our Capstone IT Management and Support plan.

Typically, we are introduced to our clients because they have a particular IT issue they need help with or they have recently lost (or fired) a member of their IT department and they are exploring new support options. We meet with potential clients, help them with any immediate needs they have, and then discuss an on-going relationship, if appropriate. We provide a full overview of our services, conduct a free network assessment, and offer an obligation-free proposal for an on-going relationship. We try to tailor the proposal to your unique situation so you get the right amount of support without overspending. Over the course of the first few months we apply our "Technology Blueprint" to improve your IT infrastructure and we work very hard to earn your trust and become a fully integrated part of your organization.
